Ten years ago, Portugal decriminalized all drugs. One decade after this unprecedented experiment, drug abuse is down by 50%. It has also lead to better drugs being developed to help addicts, who are no longer incarcerated and forgotten about. Not to mention that they prisons are available for people who are actually dangers to society.
